Coming in for the evening. Their were lots of sail boats out that night but the sun ended up being cloud covered. Posted by Picasa

Took this and the next two shots during a torch tour at old Fort Erie. When taking "Night Shots", Try to take them at dusk. It's important to try and keep some detail in the sky. A tripod is a must aswell. I could've boosted my ASA to 1600 but at that ASA the images can be grainy. These three images were taken at 80 ASA with an exposure of 4 seconds. Posted by Picasa

Don't forget your tripod when you know you are going to be shooting in low light conditions. I bought a medium weight tripod for these situations. Posted by Picasa

What are you looking at? This frog posed like a pro. Was able to get a few good shots of this guy sitting on a lilly pad. As soon as the sun hit the water all kinds of toads started popping their heads up. Posted by Picasa
