When shooting action some bluring helps to indicate motion. However, keeping something in the image relatively sharp gives the viewer a focal point. If the entire image is blury it only confuses the viewer. The expression on the faces tells us this game is all about fun. Posted by Hello

Not every shot has to be an award winner. Having some fun with friends can produce some good images. On Wednesday nights during the winter months a bunch of us play floor hockey. With my digital camera I was able to set the white balance (colour temprature for the indoor lighting. Becouse of this the over all colour is correct. If I couldn't adjust the white balance the image would've had a very yellowish green look to it. Posted by Hello
