It was a windy evening and the water was very rough. Their are two ways to make this image work. A slow shutter speed can really give you a sense of motion as the water crashes over the rocks. Now you can go the other way, a fast shutter speed can produce a dramatic result as well. Fast shutter speeds can freeze the water, which at this time of day can create golden water droplets. Posted by Picasa
